Advantage: charcoal briquettes are recommended for long cooking (large pieces of meat).

Disadvantage: charcoal briquettes take longer to light.

Place a small pile of briquettes in your barbecue. Light with a few firelighters. We recommend using wood or vegetable oil-based firelighters. Wait about 10/15 minutes before starting to grill your food: the Barbecue briquettes should be completely whitish, grey on the surface.
